PRP Design students just finished uploading this year’s entries in the VANS Custom Culture competition. The annual contest, sponsored by VANS, challenges students to create shoe designs based upon four themes: Action Sports, Local Flavor, Music and Art. Students in all classes generated original designs after brainstorming for ideas in groups. Then, students downloaded templates for each of the VANS shoe styles, and began creating their designs on paper and on the computer.
